Family & Friends Referral Program

Terms and Conditions:

• The Friends & Family Referral Program is available to existing Waverley Central Chiropractic patients.
• A $20 clinic credit will be provided to both the referring patient and the referred new patient.
• The referred patient must identify the existing patient who referred them at the time of booking or at their initial consultation.
• The referred patient must complete their initial consultation before the referring patient’s credit is applied.
• The $20 clinic credit may be used towards future chiropractic consultations at Waverley Central Chiropractic.
• Clinic credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.
• Clinic credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• The initial consultation involves an assessment to determine suitability of care. Treatment may or may not be provided on the initial visit and will only occur where clinically appropriate following assessment.
• The referral program does not replace the need for an appropriate clinical assessment, diagnosis and individualised care recommendations.
• Chiropractic care recommendations are based solely on individual clinical needs and are not influenced by participation in the referral program.
