We offer complimentary, obligation-free consultations at our Balwyn showroom or through our mobile showroom service, where our trained product specialists take the time to understand your circumstances and help you explore suitable product options.

We also work with Occupational Therapists, Support Coordinators, Case Managers and other healthcare professionals to assist clients in selecting products that align with their functional needs, goals and budget.

We work closely with Occupational Therapists, Case Managers, Support Co-ordinators and Physiotherapists, to provide participants/clients value for money, honest, straightforward advice to select the most appropriate and quality products for their overall comfort and support needs, and future-proofing them to stay home independently.
We provide complimentary, obligation free one-on-one consultations at our Balwyn Showroom or Mobile Showroom Van. These consultations are conducted by trained product specialists tailoring a service to meet individual medical/non-medical needs.
