Wholefood simply ginger cookies

Time in the Kitchen: 20-25 minutes


  • 1 cup of macadamias
  • 1 cup of medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut flour


Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Place your ingredients into your blender or food processor, blend until well combined.

Roll mixture into small balls and place them onto your prepared tray.

Flatten to your desired thickness.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before toughing. Enjoy!
